Our client, an academy instructor in Daechi-dong, downloads monthly mock exam papers published by EBS to use as teaching materials. The problem was that this download process was too inconvenient. Clicking through each subject, downloading questions - even that required opening PDFs and clicking the download button in the top right. Answer keys and explanation sheets are separate. And you have to log in every time.

Our goal isn't just large-scale SI projects. We're building ultra-personalized, accessible work automation processes and AI tools that anyone can have. To do this, we need to analyze diverse individual needs, follow them, and sometimes make heuristic judgments. Naturally, we're capable of any scale of automation.
This client we're introducing is an instructor in the educational district of Daechi-dong. Downloading exam papers published by EBS was too inconvenient for them. Especially from a UI perspective, it's very inconvenient. You click through subjects every time, and downloading questions doesn't finish everything. You have to enter the PDF, click download in the top right, and answer keys and explanations are separate. Plus you have to log in separately every time.
The problem is that this is subject to change while also being added monthly. Moreover, answer/explanation formats sometimes differ, and other forms of answer/explanation sheets exist. It's simple but annoying and cumbersome. Keeping it updated is also frustrating. These are exactly the things that are perfect for automation.
And our client wanted a program that could run anywhere on their PC (regardless of operating system) and could be shared with colleagues. So we made it as a PC application. We provided both exe and app formats.

The usage is really simple. Just check the start year and end year, the target mock exam months, and the subjects - that's all. The program automatically logs into EBS and downloads all subject exam papers for the selected years and months. Question papers, answer keys, explanation sheets - all of them. Different formats don't matter. The program judges and downloads automatically.
